Pretty Enjoyable

Two words : Voice acting.
That said , develop the story :( ... it's hard to understand what the hell is going on with this spawn like character.

I don't think it's a ripoff from Sin City... dark police-like stories existed long before Sin City came out , I agree It's not original neither ground breaking , however , give this guy a break !!!
The fight scenes were awesome , loved the music , and loved the "flow" of the action.
As a fan's suggestion ( ^^ ) , you should try to develop the plot a little more before unleashing bloodbaths , wich are entertaining but are way too cliche :).
